KMS California and Oyster Magazine invite you to participate in a unique and creative LIVE gallery of street style and hair design. Be part of our online community and find out what the top salons are predicting, suggesting and showcasing including your looks and comments.

All you need to do is send in your best HAIR MOMENT, when or wherever that may be. YOU are your own style editor and each fortnight there will be 12 looks chosen by us for the public to vote on. There will be 1 fortnightly winner chosen with an overall of 5 finalists voted for the duration of the competition. You can upload 5 photos at one time which will include your individual quotes.

Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prize details forms are part of the registration for the competition.
2. $20,000.00 Value of total overall prizes. Prizes includes includes KMS California products to the value of $1000 at RRP, gift voucher from Replay Jeans, RRP $500 published photoshoot in Oyster Magazine, Samsung MX-10 Camcorder and i8 Digital Cameras. The grand prize is a trip for 2 adults to California economy airfare valued at $9,000 with 4 days accommodation (Winner must be over 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult over 18 years.)
3. Trip to California is valid for 6 months after the official winner is announced. Trip must be taken within 6 months of the end of the promotion and is subject to availability. Finalists must make their own way to Sydney for Oyster photo shoot.
4. Final prize will be Drawn on 27th August, 2008.
5. Finalist must attend the final event to be eligible to claim the trip to California as they will be announced at the event.
6. Minimum age of participant is 16 years. *The photo submitted will be submitted by the person in the photo as they will be the winner of the major prize and the photo shoot. *Finalist airfares and accommodation not provided for Sydney photoshoot. Finalists will need to make their own way to Sydney if they would like to attend the VIP party or be photographed for the Oyster editorial shoot. *If under 18 must have legal guardians' permission to enter and if required for a photo shoot must be accompanied by person over 18. *Must be over 18 to attend KMS/Oyster Exhibition and VIP party.
7. Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Entry is only valid if all details on the registration are completed. Limit one entry and one prize per member.
8. Winners are chosen by the public and industry executives.
9. All entries become the property of 3D World Australia. All entries will be entered into our member databases and will automatically become a www.oystermag.com member and receive our newsletters and promotional offers.
10. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

The 2008 Hair Moments website will have a 'KMS Stylists Only' section whereby KMS salon can upload images of their client's Hair Moments. The stylist that uploads the best in-salon Hair Moment will win the opportunity to be flown to Sydney to style the 5 Hair Moments Finalist for the KMS/Oyster shoot to be published in Oyster magazine. You will work with one of Australia' leading fashion photographers and have your credits printed in the magazine. You will also win a $500 Central Station gift pack for your salon and $200 KMS California products for your personal use.

*Stylist must be a registered KMS California salon.
